China Fuji Apple is soft like what you have mentioned above. South Africa Fuji Apple is nice - crunchy and sweet. Honey Apple is nice too. You may want to have a try. For my own preference, I will rank the apple as follows: - 1) South Africa Fuji Apple 2) Honey Apple 3) Rose Apple 4) NZ Queen (4122) I can't recall the number for now.
