I have been given a monkey soft toy as birthday present by a group of lovely and funny friends and you are looking at it now. What do you think about it?

Frankly speaking, I am not a fan of soft toys. However, I still remember how I begged my mum to buy me a Pink Panther soft toy when I was a little girl and it has become my companion since then. I thought that was the last soft toy that I have ever wanted so much until I met this little monkey. Honestly, but it might sound silly, no soft toy has ever struck my heart like this one since Pink Panther. I have bought a Spongebob Squarepants before but it didn’t feel this way. I know they are just soft toys but they give me a feeling that is difficult to be described by words.

I fell in love with Pink Panther when I first watched the cartoon. Pink Panther is hillarious and often puts a smile back on my face when I have a bad day. But now, due to lack of time, I don’t watch the cartoons that often anymore. However, I have already had some favourite episodes stored in my laptop so that I can watch them sometimes.

Now about this monkey, I would say that it gives me a feeling of completeness. I feel complete when I hug it. It is a good listener too! Looking at it takes my problems and worries away. Even if it is just a few minutes or seconds but those are times I reach into myself. I have a friend who has a monkey soft toy as well. She is mad about it. She even brought it to the uni and attended lectures with it. She might seem crazy but I think I could understand her passion towards her monkey soft toy.
