This big tree looks like a big human palm and fingers. He was telling me that make sure everything is under control.

It is not easy to make sure everything is under control. There are too many unexpected things happen around us everyday, every hours, every minutes and even every thousandth of a second. We are breathing, and our blooded are flowing evewhere in our body non stop, our feeling and emotion may change instancely as a reaction to our surrounding. We can have a healthy life to make sure that we are breathing the next seconds. We can think positively to make sure that the mental problems are away from us. But sometime we cannot control every external issues (such as other people, the environment etc).

Recently I have a client who do not want to pay me money after I give him the goods. What should I do to make sure everything is under control? I called him almost everyday last week. He said that he would be in his office but when I went there, he dissapeared. As I was providing good services to him, he said he need the parts urgently, and I deliver to him as soon as I can although I was extremely busy on that day, whereas when I asked for money, he has been keeping on delaying UNTIL NOW. It’s almost two weeks I told him it is cash term.

What can I do? I called him again, I am expecting that he will make a promise and break it again. The other things I can do is that I am going to blacklist him in my client list. I was too kind to give him discount when he was asking for.  In the future, any service for him will be set at lowest priority, and I will mark up the price higher or let him find other people to solve his computer problem. Having less bad client doesn’t affect my business. Risk management is important to make sure things go smoothly and reduce losses when unprevented things happen.
