I believe it is the same as mentioned in Little Chi’s. It is the Torch Ginger.
I’ve been trying to find it in JB but still no luck.

In Angola, were I was born, we call this flower ” porcelain rose” because it seems to be made in translucent porcelain. In Brasil it is called “emperor Sceptre”
For me is one of the most beautifull flowers I have seen
